BOOKING

Please e-mail first to check that the period required is available. Your booking form should be completed and returned by mail together with 20% deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If booking is less than 8 (eight) weeks before departure then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 8 (eight) weeks prior to departure. No reminder will be sent when the balance is due. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and deposit. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS by all persons occupying the property.

LIABILITY

No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accident, loss or injury (however caused). We strongly advise an all inclusive holiday insurance cover.

RENTAL CHARGES

The rental charge is for up to 5 guests. Sorry no pets and no smoking are allowed. The charge includes electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection, cable TV service, local telephone calls and the use of linen and towels. The rental charge also includes all Florida taxes. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. Rentals of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge.

RESORT FACILITIES

From time to time it will be necessary for the resort to carry out essential repairs and maintenance to the pool and other facilities. The owners have no control over this and may not be notified in advance. We apologise if this happens but no refund can be made for any facilities unavailable during your stay.

EXTRA CHARGES

Check out time is strictly 10am on the morning of departure so that our property can be prepared for the arrival of the next guests. There is a charge for late check out of $60 (US Dollars)

AGE LIMIT

Florida law requires that anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified in writing by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the following charges:

8 weeks or more prior to departure - Deposit

4 to 8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total rental charge

Less than 4 weeks prior to departure -Total Rental Charge

If the balance of payment is not received by 8 (eight) weeks prior to departure, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking.

It is possible to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
