 Daily Rates are subject to availability. 

Rentals of 6 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of £40.

A refundable security deposit of £150 will be required payable with the final balance.  This will be returned as soon as possible when you return home assuming that no damage has been done to the property or its contents.
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
