Rentals of 6 nights or less
will incur a cleaning charge of $60.

refundable security deposit of $250 will be required payable
with the final balance. This will be returned as soon as
possible when you return home assuming that no damage has been
done to the property or its contents. |

with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
